   Auriga IT seeks a Team Leader with extensive experience in PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, HTML5, JavaScript Framework to join our team in Jaipur.
   
   Responsibilities:
   
   1. Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects
   2. Managing Project scope and change requests (CR)
   3. Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for
   modules within the project.
   4. Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/support to project teams
   5. Liaison with project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones (risk/quality/time)
   6. Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies.
   7. Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of
   existing and new team members.
   8. Good debugging and Analytical skills
   9. Timely project delivery
   
   Desired Skills & Experience
   1. At least 8 years of Experience
   2. Expert level PHP, MySQL/MongoDB, HTML5
   3. Expert level Object Oriented Design, and MVC implementation
   4. Experience working in a team development setting, using source code control
   5. Experience with both front end and back end development
